"I am writing to commend Judy from your staff for being such a soothing, reassuring presence during my MRI.  As beautiful and peaceful as your waiting area is, I was nervous about the MRI.  I am mildly claustrophobic and after two seconds in the machine I was extremely upset and doubtful I could continue.  However Judy turned out to be the reason why I was willing to give it another try.  She promised to stay with me throughout the procedure and comforted me with a blanket, a smile, kind words, and a reassuring touch.  I appreciated that kind of care so much, and I'm glad to know that such a skill set is still valued in our time.  Many thanks to Judy for her patient and responsive care!"
